Madison Fuller

Madison has a keen eye for detail and a passion for culinary creativity. She began her academic journey at Yale High School before continuing her education at St. Clair Tech, where she spent two years honing her skills. She later specialized in pastry arts at Macomb Community College, earning her associate degree in Culinary Arts in 2023. At the bakery, Madison especially enjoys the artistic side of cake decoration, where she brings her creativity and precision to every design.

Erica Conely

Erica is deeply passionate about the craft of baking and has been dedicated to perfecting her skills from a young age. She attended Port Huron Northern High School during her school years and went on to pursue her culinary education at the Culinary Institute of Michigan. In 2023, she graduated with an associate degree in Culinary Arts. While she enjoys creating a wide range of confections, Erica’s true love lies in making pies, her favorite dessert to prepare and perfect.
